Who we are
DTH Cybersecurity is a division of DIGITAL THRIVE HUB LTD, company number 16430347, based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. For privacy enquiries, contact cyber@digitalthrivehub.co.
Information you provide
Service enquiries may include your name, work email, organisation, telephone number, service interests and message. Career applications also include the experience you describe and your PDF CV. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, identity documents or sensitive investigation evidence through these forms.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, assess requirements, prepare proposals and manage potential business relationships. We use application information to assess suitability and communicate about recruitment. Depending on the request, processing is necessary to take steps before a contract or for our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and recruitment. We do not add applicants or enquirers to marketing lists through these forms.
Email and website processing
Forms are processed by the website server and transmitted to our Cyber or HR mailbox using an authenticated encrypted connection. An acknowledgement is sent to the address you provide. The website does not maintain a customer enquiry database or publicly store CVs. Basic request information may be processed temporarily to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions. Our hosting and email suppliers process information to deliver these services.
Retention and access
Access to enquiries and applications should be restricted to the staff responsible for handling them. Our policy is to review unsuccessful applications and unprogressed enquiries after six months and delete them unless an ongoing relationship, a documented reason or a legal obligation requires retention. Because submissions are held in email, this review is carried out in our mailboxes. You may ask us about retention of a particular record.
External information sources
News, advisories and procurement notices link to external publishers. Opening an external link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices. Original source content is not a DTH endorsement or a statement that a reported threat affects your systems.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to relevant processing. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Contact cyber@digitalthrivehub.co to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
This notice should be updated when the site’s processing, suppliers or retention arrangements change. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
